Ryan, such a lovely guy, professional, courteous and amenable, very good communication skills. Had my car broken into so window need to be ordered which he got onto straight away.. And I had to call him a couple of times due to my shocking memory and he was fantastic on the phone. And in person when I took the car, only took about 45 mins for him to do and he gave me advise and also told me somewhere a could go for a cuppa. Which is always a winner for me.
